Social Media Intern, Statusphere

Statusphere is a woman-led product recommendation network that helps people discover products they love from people they trust. We are in search of an Account Manager to foster positive client relationships, work with sales and marketing teams to onboard clients successfully, and manage the start-to-finish execution of influencer marketing campaigns at Statusphere.

The Social Media intern will gain hands-on experience in content curation & tactics for social media while growing skills in graphic design, photography, and marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

Brainstorm and present new ideas to Marketing Team for various social media campaigns with the goal of increasing social media engagement and overall following on Statusphere’s Instagram
Design templates or graphics for influencer communication and/or social media use
Assist with content curation, scheduling and organization
Engage with social media influencers to garner increased awareness of Statusphere across social media
Will work to create video content on TikTok and Instagram Reels (being comfortable in front of the camera is a plus!)
Work with the Influencer Relations team to create monthly email newsletters
Assist with quarterly brand photoshoots
Create and analyze monthly social media reports

Requirements

Create content that is engaging, creative and error free while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice
Graphic design, Photography & videography experience
Experience scheduling content and working on templates and graphics for social
Detail-oriented, strong verbal, written and presentation skills, analytical thinking, personal organization and interpersonal skills
Self-starter problem solving with the ability to act and react in a professional manner
Eager to learn about the social media industry
