Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies that attract new customers and nurture existing ones.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance, as well as your creative thinking to design compelling test and work with the content team on messaging. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and put in place customer acquisition strategies that improve and increase lead volume and quality.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to align on targets and messaging ensuring campaigns are synchronized with sales goals.
  • Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Leverage our tech stack of Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, LookerStudio, MixPanel, and possibly Gong to manage, report on, and optimize demand initiatives. Recommend any new technology with a business case.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create and optimize lead generation assets, such as whitepapers, eBooks, and webinars.
  • Own our monthly webinars with the goal of increasing sign-ups and new contacts in our ICP.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to extend Statusphere’s audience reach and generate new contacts in our ICP.
  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
  • Measure and deliver performance reports on the success of demand-generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert and accelerate leads.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, including lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Continuously refine our lead scoring model to optimize sales resources.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive innovation in demand-generation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in demand generation and marketing automation.
  • Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools. Help our team understand your strategies and why they're important.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5+ years of demand generation experience for SaaS B2B. Targeting Marketing Departments is a plus
  • Proven experience and consistent success in demand generation for B2B SaaS company(s).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc.
  • Experience with and proven proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing a variety of marketing channels (CRM, paid media, social), and creating campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
  • Track record of data-oriented decision-making, optimizing campaigns based on performance.
