Statusphere is a woman-led product recommendation network that helps people discover products they love from people they trust. We are in search of an Account Manager to foster positive client relationships, work with sales and marketing teams to onboard clients successfully, and manage the start-to-finish execution of influencer marketing campaigns at Statusphere.
The Account Management intern will gain hands-on experience in working with exciting established & emerging brands. They will get an inside look at the whole business cycle in a social media company (from gathering prospective leads, landing them as eventual clients, to engaging current clients for renewals).
Duties & Responsibilities
Creating campaign reports at the finish of a client’s campaign with Statusphere
Assisting in updating client portals to ensure all information is correct and shared in a timely manner for the duration of client’s campaign with Statusphere
Conducting Internet research for clients related to influencer marketing, advertising, media and public relations
Administrative tasks as assigned, such as taking inventory of products, shipping fulfillment, client onboarding prep and coordination, etc.
Source new & exciting brands for Statusphere to work with using Internet research, social media, conferences, etc.
Vet appropriate contact to pitch at prospective brands by conducting thorough research
Collaborating with other departments (Operations Team + Sales Team + Influencer Relations Team) to gain experience on workflow through an influencer marketing startup
Required Skills
Create campaign reports, emails and other deliverables that are error free
Detail-oriented, strong verbal, written and presentation skills, analytical thinking, personal organization and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with an ambition to learn the business of influencer marketing and how it relates to client goals
Positive team player and problem solver with the ability to act and react in a professional manner
