Statusphere is a woman-led product recommendation network that helps people discover products they love from people they trust. We are in search of an Account Manager to foster positive client relationships, work with sales and marketing teams to onboard clients successfully, and manage the start-to-finish execution of influencer marketing campaigns at Statusphere.
What you will do
Follow-up with the sales team to gather completed Brand Onboarding form & review all information to create a concise summary
Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and be proactive in all communication to clients
Responsible for campaign portal setup & maintenance for each client
Review campaign creative briefs & provide strategic recommendations for the execution of successful campaigns for clients
Create & draft deliverables on behalf of the client for influencer execution
Create & write marketing offer copy for influencers
Create & review monthly campaign reports to deliver to clients
Generate client supplementary items such as matchmaking lists, promotion codes, UTM links, influencer shipping addresses, etc.
Collaborate on communication & responses to clients, be on-call for client calls
Maintain strong knowledge of Statusphere ideal client archetypes, campaigns/services, pricing plans, promotions and service features
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of overall influencer marketing trends and competitive landscape
Additional duties as assigned
Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in account management at an advertising agency or other related marketing field
Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously and making digital marketing recommendations
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Ability to create & send email communications to clients that are error free from any spelling or grammatical mistakes
Ability to drive impact through inquiry; ask probing questions and drive optimal campaign results for their clients
Exceptional level of attention to detail coupled with strong written & verbal communication skills
Self-motivated & possess strong time management skills, personal organization & interpersonal skills
High-performer with an ambition to learn the business of influencer marketing and how it relates to client goals and overall sales efforts at Statusphere
Positive team player and problem solver with the ability to act and react in a professional manner while under pressure
